**Sales Associate Role Overview:**

**Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a seamless shopping experience by assisting with transactions, processing returns, and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
