Job Title: Factory Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Factory Operative. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our factory floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail, including packaging, sorting, trimming, and deboning meat products.
  • Utilize knife skills to efficiently process meat products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Dedicated and reliable individual with excellent attendance record.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
