Financial Accounting Specialist

This is a key role within our team, responsible for providing timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to manage work assignments independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working under different accounting regimes: IFRS and Solvency II
- Managing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Supporting the preparation, analysis and submission of the annual plan and the quarterly review of actual financial performance versus plan.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified accountant
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Relevant working experience (2+ years post qualification) in the financial services sector - preference given to Big 4 audit firms and/or (re-)insurance
