Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional chef who is passionate about delivering high-quality dishes in a busy and dynamic contract catering environment.

  • Prepare and present dishes in line with company and client standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every meal served.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and service delivery.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Contribute ideas for menu planning and improvements to enhance the dining experience for clients and guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in contract catering or high-volume service.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine passion for food.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
