About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own the quality success of internal or external stakeholders by identifying and clearing blockers to high performance.
  • Perform performance monitoring and provide reporting to relevant stakeholders to enable success and growth of the teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify project needs; navigate ambiguous situations; set clear SMART goals for yourself and the teams.
  • Owning process improvements, help develop a best‑practice methodology for the QA role.
  • Facilitate regular calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge and quality standards; provide feedback on implementation and execution.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business needs, strategic thinking, and ability to make decisions in complex situations.
  • Familiarity with the labeling workflow and upstream/downstream teams.
  • Fluent in English (required).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with machine learning and content understanding.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
