Cregg Group is currently recruiting an experienced Payroll Services Lead to join our team.

This role will require the candidate to be based onsite on a permanent basis, working closely with the Associate Finance Director and leading a team of experienced payroll specialists.

The Payroll Services Lead will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the delivery of payroll services to our ~4000 employees.
  • Leading the development of payroll processes, ensuring they meet all local regulations and corporate policies.
  • Partnering with our Global Mobility team to ensure appropriate taxation for assignees.
  • Keeping up to date with all legislation changes which may impact payroll.
  • Project managing the implementation of new payroll processes to ensure effective and compliant implementation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • In-depth knowledge of Irish employment tax, ideally supported by a recognized qualification from ITI, IPASS, or similar.
  • Experience running payroll services for similar-scale companies with a passion for customer service.
  • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
