Senior Bartender Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Bartender to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who wants to develop their career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager on the day-to-day operations of the bar service.
  • Take a leading role in the bar while on duty.
  • Develop the bar/bar trade.
  • Ensure service standards are delivered within the bars while on duty.
  • Prepare drinks and perform general bar duties.
  • Train and develop junior staff members.
  • Collaborate with the Hotel's Food & Beverage service team.
  • Provide excellent customer care to guests at all times.
  • Maintain HACCP /Hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years experience as a Senior Bartender.
  • Excellent customer focus and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to develop junior team members.
  • Leadership presence within the bar.
  • Availability to work late nights and weekend shifts.
  • Good knowledge of the beverage/bar industry/product range.
  • Excellent communications and people skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
