Key Responsibilities- Define the overall product vision, roadmap, and metrics (e.g., Objectives & Key Results) for applications being delivered.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver user-centric products.
- Exercise strong decision-making authority across cross-functional teams as a proxy to the Product Owners.
- Lead the agile practice for the Digital product, including managing scrum masters, business analysts, and systems analysts.
- Develop and support Product Owners and Product Analysts through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback.
- Contribute to the overall success and lifecycle of the product during definition, design, user story/requirement creation, documentation, launch, go-to-market activities, management updates, and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with at least four years of product management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare; OR Master's degree with two years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience; OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to create and execute against product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that achieve goals and outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical skills to work with and interpret user metrics and turn them into actionable insights.
- A curious and motivated self-starter who can effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive progress toward completion with proper planning and management.
