Lead Digital Strategist

We're seeking a visionary leader to drive our digital transformation, leveraging expertise in e-commerce technologies and online analytics to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As Lead Digital Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, ensuring seamless execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Strategic Roadmap: Create a 3-5 year product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and driving growth.
  • Optimize Channel Performance: Manage digital-related OPEX and CAPEX, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal channel performance.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data visualization and risk management skills to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business, identifying best-in-class experiences and fostering collaboration.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Analyze and report on key performance indicators, using insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements:

  • Must Have:
    • Extensive experience in e-commerce technologies and online analytics.
    • Proven track record of delivering results-driven digital strategies.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience with digital marketing, including paid search and SEO strategies.
    • Knowledge of minimal viable product prototyping and design tools like Figma.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to solve complex problems.
