Key Responsibilities- Drive the digital vision and roadmap aligned to business strategy and client needs.
- Lead discovery and scoping of digital initiatives across fund administration, compliance, onboarding, reporting, and internal operations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data flow across the business.
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of business analysts, systems analysts, and project delivery leads.
- Create a high-performance, inclusive team culture built on trust, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversight of current-state operations and client journeys to inform future-state designs.
- Guidance on business process re-engineering efforts, aligning them with digital platform capabilities and compliance standards.
- Collaboration with stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, IT, Product and Client Services to ensure alignment and prioritisation of digital initiatives.
- Work closely with Product, IT and vendors to select, implement or optimise core digital platforms.
