Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Conference & Banqueting Porter to manage the setup, execution, and post-event maintenance of conferences and banquets.

  • Prepare conference rooms and event spaces, including arranging furniture, equipment, and décor to a high standard.

Technical Support

  • Assist guests with setting up IT equipment, sound systems, and AV equipment, ensuring all technology runs smoothly.

Guest Assistance

  • Provide excellent customer service, including assisting guests with their luggage and answering any queries they may have.

Maintaining Cleanliness and Tidiness

  • Assisting with linen and other deliveries and maintaining storage areas.

Collaboration and Event Execution

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure events run seamlessly and guest satisfaction is prioritized.

We require individuals with previous experience in a similar role. Availability to work up to 5 days per week midweek and weekends all year is also necessary. Additionally, we seek candidates who are customer-focused with an eye for detail, proficient with IT and possess previous experience.
