We are seeking an experienced Land Referencer to join our Stakeholder Engagement Team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of all land-related aspects of our projects from inception through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tailte Éireann Land Registry folio interpretation: Identify affected landowners and other legal land interests.
  • Prepare and issue Requests for Information (RFIs) and Land Interest Questionnaires (LIQs): To affected parties.
  • Desktop research: Of land and property affected by infrastructure projects.
  • Management of land and property information: In GIS and online databases.
  • Engagement with landowners: Discuss the impact of project proposals on their lands and obtain consent for surveys.
  • Preparation of Statutory Orders documents: Including Book of Reference, CPO Plans, CPO Schedules etc.
  • Service of statutory notices: Notice to Treat, Notice of Entry, Wayleave Notices etc.
  • Public consultation activities: Preparation of consultation material e.g. project posters, brochures, website updates, and press releases etc.

About this role

  • This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to work within multi-disciplinary teams on major infrastructure projects.
  • You will be engaging with a range of project stakeholders including statutory and non-statutory bodies, landowners, members of the public, community groups, and businesses.

Requirements

  • Degree educated in a land or planning related discipline e.g. Geography, Planning, or Estate / Property Management.
  • Excellent communication skills particularly in face-to-face meetings as well as written mediums such as letters and emails.
  • Flexibility in approach to managing workload with the ability to multi-task and prioritise when necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail particularly in preparing and reviewing complex legal documents and plans.
  • A confident individual with a positive outlook and an approachable friendly manner.
