Infrastructure and Energy Leader Needed

Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to join our team. As a Principal Project Manager Civil, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary design team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of civil and environmental designers to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Supervise, mentor, and support the growth of senior and junior staff members
  • Prepare high-standard technical reports and tender documentation
  • Plan and manage design activities in close collaboration with Project Directors
  • Ensure all work meets quality assurance processes and relevant health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate effectively with other team members across disciplines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related field with Chartered Engineer status
  • Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in design and project management
  • Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary design teams
  • Strong experience in engaging with clients, external stakeholders, and sub-consultants
  • Proficient in developing and managing project budgets
