The Human Resources Operations team is dedicated to providing a seamless and positive experience for all employees throughout their career lifecycle.

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to conduct thorough, fair, and timely investigations into allegations of bullying, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases within the EMEA region.
  • This role will involve developing and optimizing investigation standards and disciplinary matrices to ensure transparency, objectivity, and consistency throughout the team.

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will maintain oversight and accountability for investigation case management systems and continually improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

You will also assist in investigating and resolving other workplace concerns to determine the appropriate approach and ensure fair treatment of all employees.

A key aspect of this position is driving the disciplinary procedure in line with investigation findings reports and aligning with key stakeholders to achieve consensus.

You will monitor and implement corrective action plans to enhance controls and processes.

Furthermore, you will identify ethics, compliance, and employee relations matters that require improvement, working with ER leaders and internal groups to amend policies and drive training and awareness approaches.

You will participate in identifying and delivering continuous improvement initiatives to improve the policy framework and increase knowledge within the organization.
