Estimating Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Estimating Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and competitive cost estimates across labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

  • Review detailed project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns, detailed take-offs, and pricing documentation
  • Visit project sites as needed to assess conditions and gather critical information
  • Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and potential cost savings
  • Collaborate with project management to align estimates with project delivery

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A minimum of 34 years of post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in fit-out / construction is required.
