Port Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement manager to lead our port infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex procurement processes and ensuring compliance with international standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies that meet the project requirements;
  • Managing the procurement process, including tendering, contract negotiation, and award;
  • Ensuring compliance with EIB and EU funded project requirements;
  • Collaborating with the project team to deliver technical advisory services on project infrastructure financing;

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering or other procurement relevant field;
  • Fluency and working command of English language;
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in the field of Procurement;
  • Experience as procurement specialist on at least two (2) projects related to ports infrastructures studies in relation to the procurement of projects in accordance with IFI standards and common practices;
  • Fully conversant with FIDIC contractual conditions;

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • High level of integrity and professionalism;
