We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to support the implementation and monitoring of technical, financial, economic, environmental and social feasibility studies for a multi-purpose port and associated infrastructure project.
Key responsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the core team in implementing the project's technical assistance and project management activities;
- Conducting feasibility studies to identify potential infrastructure development opportunities;
- Developing and implementing strategies for infrastructure financing and PPP/PF projects;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective project monitoring and reporting.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A university degree in civil engineering, project management or a related field;
- At least 15 years of experience in infrastructure management, including major project planning, general procurement procedures, settlement of contractual disputes, and reporting;
- Experience as a team leader on at least two projects related to ports infrastructure studies;
- Fluency in English language and proficiency in FIDIC contractual conditions.
