We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated volunteer to join our board of management. As a board member, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of our organization and contributing to its growth and development.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a strong background in fundraising and experience in developing and implementing strategic plans. They will be able to think critically and creatively, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and mission
Collaborate closely with the management team to achieve organizational goals
Actively participate in board meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in fundraising and grant writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong background in business development and sales
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
As a volunteer board member, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills, as well as make a positive impact on our organization and community. You will also be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
