About Our Diagnostic Manufacturing Team Leader Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our production teams in Longford, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Fill, Label, and Kitpack areas, driving production goals while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.

  • Lead and supervise production teams to meet targets in quality, quantity, safety, and cost.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, including waste management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with a relevant third-level qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-moving regulated manufacturing environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have 2 years of people management experience and strong leadership and people management skills.

  • A relevant third-level qualification with a minimum of 5yrs experience in a fast moving regulated manufacturing environment of which includes 2yrs people management experience.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
