Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting our customers and partners with their technical requirements. You will work closely with customers and partners to understand their technical goals and objectives, provide technical expertise and support throughout the customer lifecycle, guide customers and partners on how to effectively use Tock's APIs, and be the primary contact for customers and partners regarding API and webhook-related questions and issues.
