About This Role

This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to provide data-driven advice on all talent matters, contributing to the achievement of business objectives and strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute tailored talent strategies, leveraging expertise in workforce planning, retention, skills development, and organizational change.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, management, and development initiatives, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Promote a culture of excellence by fostering open communication, empathy, and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, applying data insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and other influencers.
Supervision Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, inspiring team members to deliver high-quality results while promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
