Production Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Team Member to join our team in Galway. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and quality control, with excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About Your New Job

As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes are carried out safely and efficiently, with minimal downtime or errors. This will involve monitoring and maintaining equipment, investigating any issues or defects, and working closely with the Operations Line Lead to meet product release time goals.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Ensuring the quality of all products manufactured by your team, through thorough inspection and testing
  • Investigating any process problems or abnormalities, and taking corrective action as necessary
  • Working collaboratively with the Operations Line Lead to ensure that production targets are met, on time and to the required standard
  • Monitoring and maintaining all equipment and machinery used in the production process, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  • Providing detailed documentation of all activities and outcomes, to support continuous improvement initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A strong background in manufacturing and quality control, with experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • A proven ability to problem-solve and think critically, with a focus on finding solutions rather than excuses
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to continually improve knowledge and skills
