Job Title: Home Care Support Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a dedicated support assistant, providing exceptional care in the home environment. We are currently seeking caring individuals to fill this role in Clondalkin and Tallaght area.



Job Description:

We offer a range of duties that include preparing or assisting with meal and drink preparation, light household tasks such as dusting, laundry, washing up, and vacuuming, personal care including washing, bathing, showering, and toileting, supporting with the administration of medication, assisting clients with morning and bedtime routines, shopping for essential needs, and maintaining accurate records of daily activities.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Access to a vehicle preferred but not essential, ability to commute around the area as this is a home-to-home role.
  • Full QQI 5 major Healthcare Support Award and/or QQI Care Skills and Care of the Elderly.
