Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Priority Placements Ireland Limited. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to our clients, including recruitment, employee relations, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with management and employees to ensure seamless HR support.
- Participate in the recruitment process, ensuring that we hire the best candidates for our clients.
- Create and maintain accurate records of employee data, including contracts, performance reviews, and benefits information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance processes, providing guidance and support to employees and management as needed.
- Administer employee benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payment of benefits to eligible employees.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a human resource role, preferably with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- A recognized third-level qualification in human resource management or a related field is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex HR data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
