Job Opportunity

A Policy Specialist, Ads and Shopping, Trust and Safety is a pivotal role within our organization. The primary responsibility of this position is to drive transformative change in products, policies, systems, and processes.

This individual will serve as a key member of the policy team responsible for implementing scalable Google Ads solutions, encompassing Shopping advertising and content policies. They will be instrumental in identifying gaps or conflicts in the existing policy framework, developing innovative solutions, and fostering consensus across the organization.

The successful candidate will manage and resolve escalations from internal and external parties, including sales, legal, and PR teams. Collaboration with Product Managers, Trust and Safety teams, and Engineering departments will be essential in influencing product decisions and prioritization, ultimately enhancing user experience for policy-related issues.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a related field.
