Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Claims Professional to join our specialist claims team. As a field-based role, you will support customers across Ireland through the full claim's lifecycle — from on-site assessment to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of property claims from initiation to resolution, maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Conduct on-site assessments of loss/damage and compile accurate findings and reports.
  • Communicate with customers and third parties in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Negotiate settlement outcomes aligned with regulatory, business, and customer service objectives.
  • Deliver case decisions within designated authority levels and company processes.
  • Handle enquiries efficiently, escalating as necessary to maintain service excellence.
  • Support surge event management when required to ensure continued service delivery.

Requirements:

  • CIP qualified.
  • 3+ years' experience in property loss adjusting.
  • Dip LA or working towards ACILA/ACII (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience dealing with brokers and a diverse customer base.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills.
  • Full clean driving licence (field-based role).
