Senior Construction Manager Position Available

Renewal Project in County Dublin is seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a permanent, full-time position.
This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the area between Dominick Street Upper and St. Mary's Place, as part of a major regeneration initiative led by local authorities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between design, construction, and cost control teams.
- Manage financial and contractual aspects of the project.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow, final accounts, and cost reports.
- Assess tender enquiries, review tender analysis, and manage subcontractor and supplier packages.
- Compile variations and variation logs, and process payment certificates.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project and PowerPoint.
Requirements: Immediate start, location in Dublin, with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and community integration.
