Chief Risk Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned risk management professional to lead our risk management efforts. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, with excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Safety & Security and Chief Risk Officer, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure our operational risk landscape remains robust and effective.
- Support the CRO in driving the safety, security, and compliance risk agenda.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and processes.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to embed risk management principles and practices into operational decision-making and processes.
This is a senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and practices, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
