Head of Risk Management

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading airline group as we continue to grow and expand our operations. As Head of Risk Management, you will play a key role in driving the safety, security, and compliance risk agenda for our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in setting and driving the risk management strategy, including the development and implementation of risk management processes.
- Ensure that our risk management strategy, policy, and processes remain robust and effective, and are continuously improved through regular reviews and assessments.
- Work closely with Senior Management to ensure that risk management principles and practices are embedded in operational decision-making and processes.
- Provide a comprehensive view of our risk landscape and develop risk profiles to facilitate comparative analysis.
- Stay informed on changes in the regulatory landscape and work with regulatory bodies and other aviation stakeholders to ensure that our risk management practices are proportionate and appropriate.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a similar risk management role for a large organization.
- Strong understanding and experience of risk management frameworks and practices.
- Strong leadership skills, including analytical, detail-oriented, and forecasting abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management policies and processes.
