As a pivotal member of the senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization. As Chief Risk Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide clear and operational guidance on all risk matters.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Shape Strategic Direction: Provide expert advice to executive management on risk matters, ensuring effective decision-making processes.
  • Build Resilience: Implement a robust three lines of defence model, strengthening our risk management capabilities and driving business continuity.
  • Drive Framework Evolution: Evolve and enhance the risk management framework to meet stakeholder expectations and support growth opportunities.
  • Advise and Challenge: Offer independent second-line challenge and expert advice at Board, Committee, and executive levels, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop the risk function, cultivating strong risk capabilities and fostering a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior risk leadership roles, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining robust risk management systems. They must possess deep expertise in risk identification, assessment, frameworks, policies, and reporting, as well as strong analytical abilities and a focus on delivering clear, actionable management information.
