Restaurant Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure consistent service.
This role involves managing all aspects of the restaurant, including achieving business goals through effective marketing and sales strategies, managing staff performance, and identifying talent within the team for progression.
A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining a professional relationship with department heads, as well as managing communication between management and staff, attending management meetings, and controlling budgets and costs.
Responsibilities:- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Maintain open communication channels with department heads and other stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
