The Applications Specialist is the primary technical liaison for a global team focused on computing solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with a cross-discipline team to develop and deliver new products and services in the computing market.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Drive applications activities from project initiation to completion, including product definition, customer interface, and testing.">
  • Develop and maintain design-in tools, such as evaluation boards, software, and technical documentation.">
  • Participate in customer visits and provide in-depth training to promote new products and resolve technical issues.">
  • Provide technical support across all areas of product functionality and usage.">
  • Lead product bench testing and analysis to complete product development and design-in activities.">

Requirements

">

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification, along with 5+ years of experience in power electronics design. FPGA and software development experience are advantageous.

The successful candidate should possess strong problem-solving and debugging skills, as well as experience with Simplis, Mathcad, Orcad, and Allegro design tools. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
