Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategic Growth
  • Own and deepen senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner to drive measurable business impact.
  • Develop and present compelling strategies that align experiential marketing with clients' business objectives, securing long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our footprint within existing client accounts.
Business Development & Innovation
  • Identify and seize opportunities for organic growth, expanding revenue streams and enhancing service offerings.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new technologies to evolve our service model.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic leader with a track record of success in experiential marketing and agency leadership.

Key Qualifications & Experience
  • An experienced leader with 10+ years of agency or marketing experience, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • A strategic growth driver with demonstrated success in agency growth, client retention, and business expansion.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management skills.
  • Experiential marketing expertise, including deep knowledge of event production and brand activations.
  • A cross-functional collaborator comfortable working in an integrated marketing environment.
  • Innovative and future-focused, passionate about emerging trends and technology.
  • An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
