This is a high-level security management role that requires exceptional leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of security officers, ensuring all duties and patrols are completed to standard.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of security officers to ensure all duties and patrols are completed to standard.
  • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in line with site procedures.
  • Manage CCTV, access control, key management, and reporting systems.
  • Prepare and maintain rosters, training plans, compliance records, and incident reports.
  • Ensure security systems are operational and maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections and safety checks across the site.
  • Provide excellent customer service while upholding security and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Valid PSA licence.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a security role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety practices, fire detection systems, and emergency procedures.
  • First Aid & AED qualification or willingness to obtain.
  • Professional, well-organised, calm under pressure, and able to lead by example.
