People Management Specialist

This is a key management and leadership role within the HR function, responsible for managing a team and reporting to the Chief People Officer in a collaborative environment.
- The successful candidate will have previous experience in people management, with extensive knowledge of HR operations in a professional services setting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members. They will be experienced in managing resources and budget to deliver effective results.
About the Role:- We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a degree in Human Resources or a related area, preferably with CIPD membership.
- The candidate should have 5-6 years' experience in a relevant Operations / HRBP / Manager role within a professional services environment.
- A strong background in managing, developing, and motivating HR professional service operations teams is essential.
- To manage, develop, and motivate a team of HR professionals to provide an efficient and professional service to the firm on all HR processes and employee life cycle-related matters.
- To set clear responsibilities and objectives within the HR Operations Team and ensure resources and budget are in place to enable effective delivery.
