Job Summary

We seek a seasoned professional to join our Global Innovation Team as Head of Innovation. This role will focus on developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for innovation, driving growth through pioneering brands and optimizing our existing portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in marketing, innovation, insights, or a combination of these, preferably within the beverage or FMCG industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in early-stage product innovation and launching new brands successfully.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
