Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Financial Controller to lead the finance function and play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a hands-on financial leadership role with a strong commercial element.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a leadership team that's scaling nationally and internationally, shaping business strategy and performance through insightful financial analysis.

What you'll do
  • Lead all accounting, compliance, and internal control activities, ensuring best practice at every stage.
  • Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to drive performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and capital structure planning to optimize financial resources.
  • Partner with senior leaders on strategic projects, acquisitions, and value creation initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, preparing clear, insightful performance updates.
Requirements
  • A track record of financial leadership in dynamic environments with strong hands-on financial control experience.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to turn numbers into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Experience leading and developing finance teams.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the Finance department, responsible for overseeing the financial management of the organization. You will have the opportunity to develop your career while contributing to the company's continued success.

Benefits

Salary: €100,000 - €120,000 with full benefits package.
