Senior Engineer Job Description

Job Summary:

  • This Senior Engineer position is responsible for the daily operation of a semiconductor manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead cross-functional teams in a systematic, data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement of KPI's for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Provide exposure to electronics, high vacuum, pneumatics, and robotics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degrees or higher in a relevant field.
  • 6–10 years of experience – Maintenance Technician or Engineer, ideally from a highly regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry.
  • Demonstrate analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, 5-Why) and First Time Right repair skills.
