Impact Coordinator Role Overview

The position of Impact Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the overall wellbeing of older individuals through support coordination, practical assistance, and befriending services. Working closely with various groups across Ireland, you will deliver training online and in-person to staff and volunteers, assist in reformulating existing training for befriending and community groups, and provide one-to-one support and guidance.

  • Deliver engaging training sessions to promote effective support delivery.
  • Assist in developing and implementing impactful training programs for befriending and community groups.
  • Provide personalized support and mentorship to empower groups in setting up and coordinating befriending services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training and support needs of befriending and community services.
  • Develop and implement targeted training and support plans to address specific needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local services and agencies to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of training and supports delivered using Salesforce CRM.
