**Community Solutions Project Coordinator Role**

At SE Systems, empowering community organisations is at the heart of our mission. We aim to provide them with the tools, guidance, and resources they need to take charge of their energy efficiency goals.

Job Overview

As a mentor to these organisations, you will be joining a growing team that is expanding to meet increasing community demand. Your role will involve managing the administration for new and existing clients, liaising with community groups, organising quotes for energy audits, providing information on financial supports available, coordinating with project managers and the grants teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Development: Liaising with community groups, organising quotes for energy audits, providing information on financial supports available, coordinating with project managers and the grants teams.
  • Community Projects Management: Ensuring everything is actioned in an appropriate manner and timeline.
  • Grants Coordination: Assisting in the preparation of grant application packs for community projects, researching funding available nationally for not-for-profit organisations.
  • Community Fund Administration: Assisting with the administration of the Community Fund, developing digital feedback forms, coordinating before and after feedback from fund beneficiaries and drafting Impact Reports.
  • Events Organisation: Assisting with the organisation of Community events which will be run nationally, managing an events Calendar.
  • Marketing Support: Assisting the marketing team by gathering information on completed Community Projects for case studies, videos, social media posts and testimonials.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3 years minimum experience in a coordination, project management or administration role, a third-level qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management or any other relevant area. You must also have meticulous attention to detail, excellent IT skills, highly developed interpersonal and communications skills, results-driven with proven ability to build strong client relationships, flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitude, excellent time management and ability to demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced dynamic environment. A full driving licence is also required.
