About the Role

This dynamic position requires a strong administrator with excellent communication skills to manage client relationships, administrative tasks and coordination of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail, relationship management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Development: Liaising with community groups to facilitate project development, organisation of quotes for energy audits, provision of information on available financial supports and coordination with project managers and grants teams.
  • Grants Coordination: Assisting in preparation of grant application packs for community projects and researching funding opportunities nationally for not-for-profit organisations.
  • Community Fund Administration: Supporting the administration of the SE Systems Community Fund, developing digital feedback forms and drafting impact reports.
  • Event Organisation: Assisting with the planning and execution of community events, including managing an events calendar.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborating with the marketing team to gather information on completed community projects for case studies, videos, social media posts and testimonials.
