
Agile Process Facilitator

The Agile Process Facilitator plays a vital role in fostering Agile Scrum practices within cross-functional teams responsible for software development and digital transformation projects. This position ensures Agile principles are effectively applied while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and productivity.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum framework tailored to regulated environments.
- Identify and resolve blockers impacting team efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business needs.
- Foster effective communication among cross-functional teams, including Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Operations.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing and supporting digital systems, software platforms, and industrial control systems.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles.
- Proficiency with industry-specific digital tools and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate meeting scheduling and track attendance.
- Review and update project plans with team statuses.
- Remove daily impediments impacting team productivity.
- Support project execution needs of the team.
A successful Agile Process Facilitator will possess strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners. Relevant certifications are a plus.
