Finance Associate Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various teams within the finance function, including Accounting & Reporting and Finance Business Partnering.


The three-year graduate development programme provides a comprehensive learning experience, enabling you to build confidence in your abilities and flourish in your career. Throughout the programme, you will be exposed to real-world scenarios, working closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
  • Manage balance sheet account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Develop an understanding of financial statement notes production, including the preparation and review of complex financial reports.
  • Pursue hands-on experience with SAP and BCS consolidation systems, posting journals and maintaining accurate records.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support the completion of the Financial Planning process, collaborating with finance teams to drive commercial finance initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with finance teams, working together to identify and resolve commercial finance challenges.
  • Provide strategic insights, analysis, and guidance that drive profitability and sustainable growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong academic record in Accounting and Finance, Business, International Business, or Commerce, with a minimum 2.2 honors primary degree.
