Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Program Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging fitness programs that cater to the needs of our members. They will also provide expert guidance and support to ensure that our gym equipment is used safely and effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key role in our leisure club and contribute to the well-being of our members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or within the fitness industry
  • NTC or NCEF qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Duties
  1. Fitness assessments to help members achieve their goals
  2. Designing safe and appropriate fitness programs
  3. Monitoring members' fitness levels and providing feedback
  4. Teaching a wide variety of fitness classes
  5. Opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
  6. Cleaning and maintenance of gym equipment
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. They will also be expected to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.

This is a part-time position, with a minimum of 20 hours per week guaranteed. We offer ongoing training and development opportunities to help our employees reach their full potential.
