Job Title

A career opportunity exists for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support across all areas of the Human Resources function.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, employee relations, and general HR administration.
  • Reporting and analyzing HR-related metrics.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR processes and initiatives.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the professional services industry.
  • A high level of commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages.
