Strategic Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, encompassing hard and soft services, workplace experience management, and emerging technologies in facility management.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with client requirements, driving innovative solutions and optimizing service delivery.
  • Lead negotiations, manage supplier portfolios, and conduct RFP management, bid analysis, and provide recommendations for FM-related contracts.
  • Represent the company in client/account meetings and forums, producing monthly and QBR reports on service performance, savings delivery, and project plans.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in IFM to drive business growth and create value for clients across various facility management functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strategic leadership and organizational awareness, with solid experience in a leading procurement role and ability to develop EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers.
  • Strong project, financial, and resource management skills, complemented by excellent numerical and commercial acumen.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, influencing, and team-working abilities, with strong written and verbal English language proficiency.
  • Comprehensive expertise in Facilities Management, including deep understanding of FM services, supplier environments, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record in managing complex FM contracts and service level agreements.
