Job Title: Construction Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team in the civil engineering industry. You will play a key role in providing administrative support and contributing to the success of impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to office staff, site managers, and project teams.
  • Manage documentation, records, and filing systems in accordance with industry standards.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of internal systems and administrative controls.
  • Liaise with site teams to ensure timely collection and processing of project-related information.
  • Assist with general office duties and ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role within construction or engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
