Job Title: Group Pensions Administrator

This role is a temporary opportunity to support the delivery of Auto Enrolment (AE) activities within the Group Pensions department. Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to project team success by sharing ideas, supporting team goals, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver objectives efficiently.
  • Support AE related activities across the business unit.
  • E nsure timely completion of AE tasks.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction as a key responsibility.
  • D eliver high standard output that meets customer expectations in terms of quality and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with other areas of Corporate Life & Pensions to achieve shared objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling effective teamwork and task prioritization. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

We seek someone who is adaptable, flexible, and able to learn quickly. A strong understanding of MS Excel and Word is necessary, along with previous administration experience being advantageous.
