Job Title: Director of Care Services
Location: Co. Meath
Service: Disability Respite Services - Adults & Children
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with experience in managing teams and improving service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support teams to deliver person-centred care services.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement improvement plans.
- Oversee referrals, admissions, and transition processes.
- Promote a culture of dignity and respect for all residents.
- Manage governance, risk management, health & safety, training, and service development.
- A Level 7+ Degree in Social Care, Nursing, or Social Care Management.
- Minimum of 2 years' management experience within Disability Services or another relevant human service.
- Experience managing multiple centres.
- Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and safeguarding legislation.
- A full driver's licence and access to own transport.
- Induction process and training programme.
