
Diploma Course Operations Coordinator

As a Course Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of diploma courses. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to course leaders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and accurate.
You will work closely with course leaders to develop timetables, faculty booklets, and course handbooks, as well as welcome students onsite and online for each session. Additionally, you will manage course data on database systems, liaise with the IT department regarding issues relating to course delivery, process payments for lecturers and tutors, and update the virtual learning environment (Moodle) for courses on a weekly basis.
Furthermore, you will answer a high volume of student queries by email and phone, assist with course assessments, and undertake other projects that arise from time-to-time.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Ability to work autonomously and in teams
- Excellent IT skills - demonstrable proficiency in using database & spreadsheet systems including Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Highly organised and efficient with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise & manage multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of third level/professional education systems desirable
